Project photos
1The project
This Chartres project features a Redcinha® Bardline fence with anthracite composite slats arranged vertically in an open pattern, mounted on a landscaped low wall, with aluminium posts and project photos.
Project background
Project completed in 2026 in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir), in a private garden, by a reseller and installer partner. The aim was to define the garden boundary with a contemporary open-slat design that complements a landscaped setting combining a light-coloured low wall, rock gardens and shrub beds.
Installed solution
-
Product installed: Redcinha® Bardline fence with co-extruded wood-plastic composite slats in anthracite, for vertical installation only.
-
Reasons for selection: the vertical open-slat pattern and symmetrical appearance on both faces provide the same finish on either side of the boundary. The anthracite colour contrasts with the mineral facing and highlights the planting.
-
Key product details: 187.2 × 19.5 mm slat section, 1295 mm length, brushed finish, compatible 80 × 80 mm aluminium posts and dedicated aluminium profiles.
Installation and result
The slats were fitted strictly vertically with aluminium posts and dedicated connection profiles.
The result is a consistent, contemporary and clean-lined appearance: a fine open-slat pattern, an even anthracite colour and post edges flush with their caps. On the garden side, beds planted with grasses and compact shrubs add rhythm at the base of the fence and soften its line, while contributing to the privacy of the space.
