General Terms & Conditions

Placing an order necessarily implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale by the customer and waiver of any purchasing conditions, except with the specific written agreement of SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO.

Computerised registers, stored in the computer systems of SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO under reasonable security conditions, are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed including this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO reserves the right to modify its product/service catalogue and to cease the marketing of certain products/services without notice.

3.1 · Our service prices are indicated in euros including and excluding all taxes, not including processing and shipping fees.

3.2 · Products and/or services are supplied at the price in force at the time the order is taken. SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

3.4 · Eco-Contribution: The unit cost share that SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO bears for PMCB waste management, as invoiced by eco-organisation VALOBAT (NIU: FR334162_04HVQQ), is fully passed on to the professional buyer.

Our service offers and prices are valid while visible in the catalogue, within the limits of available stock. For services not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

Delivery times are given for guidance only and without guarantee. Delivery delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale or refuse the goods.

5.1 · Delivery issues: Any reservations about the delivered product must be notified to the carrier and SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO within 72 hours of receipt.

6.1 · Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash or bank card. Cheque payments are no longer accepted.

6.2 · In the event of late payment, penalty fees of 4.20% apply, calculated on the total amount due.

Our goods are sold on firm account. By express agreement, we retain ownership of the goods supplied until full payment of their price in principal and interest.

7.2 · All texts, images and content in the SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO catalogue are protected by copyright. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Refunds are processed within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the goods by us.

8.1 · You have fifteen (15) days from receipt to return an unsuitable product. Shipping and return costs are at your expense.

Right of withdrawal · The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons. In accordance with articles L. 221-21, consumers have fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at their expense, products that do not suit them.

9.2 · After expiry of the legal withdrawal period, any order cancellation will incur management fees of 30% of the total order amount.

The services offered comply with French legislation in force and applicable standards in France. SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.

These provisions cannot deprive the consumer of the legal warranty requiring the professional seller to guarantee against all consequences of hidden defects.

11.1 · Legal warranty: You benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with legal provisions.

11.2 · Contractual warranty: Services purchased from SAS 3B IMPORT / PAYSAPRO may carry a warranty. For after-sales service, contact: contact@paysapro.fr

12.1 · This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the courts of Valenciennes (France) shall have jurisdiction.

12.2 · Merchandise returns are accepted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

12.4 · After acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise, a refund or credit note will be issued within 15 working days.
