- Sample request form: name, company, delivery address, email, phone number.
- Newsletter form: email address only.
- Quote request form: name, company, email, message.
We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.
3. Purposes of Processing
The data collected is used for the following purposes:
- Processing and follow-up of your contact and quote requests.
- Sending samples and POS materials.
- Sending the commercial newsletter (with your explicit consent).
- Improving the website and our services (anonymised browsing data).
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

- Contact and prospect data: 3 years from the last contact.
- Newsletter data: until unsubscription or 3 years without activity.
- Order / quote data: 5 years (statutory accounting obligation).
- Browsing data (server logs): 12 months maximum.
Form security: when an anti-bot check blocks a submission, the entered email address, form, failure reason and date are kept for 30 days to diagnose errors. Only administrators can access them. The address is unverified and is not treated as a sales inquiry.
