A composite fence with an openwork effect

Bardline creates an openwork partition inspired by open-joint cladding. The vertical slats deliberately leave gaps: the result structures the space without becoming a solid wall. The system reads the same on both sides, which helps finish both faces of the property boundary neatly.

Vertical composite wood slats

Bardline slats are designed for vertical installation only. Their brushed finish supports a wood-inspired appearance, while the co-extruded composite wood composition is detailed in the sheet specifications. Horizontal installation is not provided for in the instructions.

A dedicated aluminum structure

The fence is configured with the appropriate Bardline posts and profiles: connection profiles, finishing profiles, corner profile and caps complete the structure according to the layout. Components must not be taken from another fence system; the full configuration must be checked in the technical sheet and the instructions.

Colors and boundary applications

Wenge EC 017, Anthracite gray EC 102 and Light oak with black grooves EC 401B make it possible to match the partition to its surroundings. Bardline is suitable for an openwork boundary when you want an open-joint effect and partially filtered visibility, without claiming total screening.

Installation conditions to respect

The instructions distinguish installation on metal bases, up to 1,400 mm, and embedded installation, up to 2,000 mm. Component choice, expansion gaps and project height must be validated against the Bardline documentation before ordering and installation.

Bardline lamel: 187,2 x 19,5 mm kesit; 1295 mm veya 1600 mm uzunluk. Belgelenmiş bileşim: %55 ahşap, %30 HDPE ve %15 katkı maddeleri. Fırçalanmış yüzey, beyan edilen genleşme: 2 mm/m. Lamel yalnızca dikey olarak monte edilir; yatay montaj kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu ahşap-polimer kompozit WPC olarak da adlandırılır; alüminyum direkler ve profiller WPC değildir.
